I did not give you permission to hassle me to sell your insurance. If I wanted insurance I would have added it to the TV at the time of purchase. You have called me repeatedly on mobile and landline.I believe you are in breach of GDPR.I’m tempted to cancel the TV order.

Ordered dishwasher to get it delivered in a few days as mine got broken, a day before delivery they send me an email stating that the model I chose is out of stock (on the day when I placed the order it was in stock according website), and offered similar model from another manufacturer, I refused it because I wanted particular brand, then they offered more expensive model and 70 pounds discount, which is increased total sum by 30 quid, and delivery after two days. I agreed with the offer and expected my dishwasher delivered on the agreed day. On the delivery day I've tried to contact customer service to find out the delivery slot, however only option was to speak with the driver, and after choosing this option you end up with nothing. Of course my order wasn't delivered. Next day I canceled the order and fingers cross that I receive my money in reasonable time. Also want to share customer service number which one is answered with no delays, so hope it will help to deal your issues with this non trustable company.01204672672

I’m a huge fan of Boots and mistakenly assumed that the same quality of service would be carried through to Boots Appliances. The fridge freezer they delivered was broken; the fridge temperature wouldn’t go below 14.6C and it was making an awful noise. After waiting 30 minutes on the line to get through to an agent, I reported the issue the day after delivery at which point it was established that the delivery drivers had made a mistake by pushing the appliance against the back wall. The delivery drivers returned to move the appliance but the temperature and noise issues remained. I called again to exercise my right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act but was informed that I needed a manufacturer engineer to visit in order to certify that the fridge freezer was indeed broken; my word or indeed the video and photos I sent them were apparently not sufficient. Boots Appliances agreed to refund me the £10 I paid for installation but have point blank refused to refund the £10 extra I paid for delivery on a certain day; I honestly can’t understand the rationale for that decision because although I did get a fridge delivered on the specified day… it didn’t actually work! I had a totally different experience when dealing with the manufacturer (Indesit) both in simply being able to get through to them on the phone line to them actually taking steps to rectify the issue. Indesit have since replaced the fridge freezer which was correctly installed by very friendly delivery drivers. Based on my experience, I suggest you cut out the middle man and order directly from Indesit.

AWFUL service from this inefficient company who couldn't care less about their customers. DON'T USE this incompetent company. I've still got a faulty fridge freezer six months after delivery: Boots after care service is nothing short of abysmal. NEVER AGAIN.

Very happy and great customer service - used the price match and saved an extra £30 and also got free delivery.

Purchased a hob, oven and microwave online. Received money off the stated price using the voucher code on the website and chose my preferred delivery date. Delivery was as promised with courteous drivers they use AO.Com. Received £96 worth of Advantage points too. Fortunately have not had to use the after-sales service so am unable to comment on this.

Thank you for an amazing customer service that you have provided to us recently. We can’t prise you enough for sorting out problem with the washing machine we had. We spoke to several people and they were all outstanding and are a true asset to the company.

Cannot fault , After been let down badly by another online appliance company who couldn’t fulfil the order I made in October, I ordered the same appliances on 16th November for delivery 20th; communication was spot on , received my delivery bang on time by two very polite and efficient delivery guys thank you .

Today I have received a fridge freezer from this company it has a huge dent in the front I have emailed them and heard nothing back I am currently on the phone and have been told there is a 51 minute waiting time I thought boots were a reputable companyI am now without a fridge There is a 14 day refund policy ? What would happen if I did not have the money in the bank to buy a replacement I am disgusted, is there no quality control or do the people who handle the products care ? I am fuming, I have had to cancel a food delivery order And as so many people are doing online shopping I will have to get a taxi to do some shopping as I do not drive still on the phone

I ordered a washing machine around 2 weeks in advance of the date of delivery. On the day before I got a text saying I'd get a time slot sent from 7am the next day. The next day I got a voicemail at 9:30 saying there is a delay and they won't get stock for another 2 weeks. There is no way they didn't know about this before then. What was then worse was when I called up to cancel the order, the automated message said my order was out for delivery - absolutely shambolic.Certainly will go with someone more reliable like Curry's in future!

Fridge Freezer delivered on time. Happy with product.Paid £20 for removal of old f/freezer. They couldn't take it away because of ice in fridge and had electric goods on van. Said would rearrange collection.Nothing happened for 2 wks. After emailing and trying to phone, to no avail. I searched and came across this number. 01204 672400. This is AO phone number in Bolton, which runs "Boots Kitchen Appliances." That is reception who put me through to bookings. After 9mins, they answered and booked to collect the next day. Hopefully they do??Hope this helps everyone.Update: Collected next day.

APPALLING, DO NOT USE.From beginning to end the process was a nightmare.Having had problems with their 'billing' over the weekend the payment had not gone through for the fridge freezer. Each call you make there is a minimum wait time of 45 minutes to speak to anyone. When I reached them again to rebook the delivery I'd missed the deadline for the date I'd secured earlier and delivery had to be a day later (when I'd rescheduled my meetings to accommodate the amended delivery).I paid £100 in addition to the cost of the fridge freezer to have the old one de-installed and new one installed. This does not cover the plumbing though (unless there is a valve on the old one, which I was told by a sarcastic 'customer services' advisor is 'usually' the case. I am now faced with a bill from an emergency plumber. If I could provide zero stars I would. APPALLING, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

I have just been reading reviews about Boots Kitchen Appliances and wish I had read them sooner as so many others say. I have had no problem with my items that were also delivered on time and intact. The only reason I ordered was so I could get the Boots points on my card. I have emailed twice with no reply, I have phoned and waited for over 20 minutes only to be cut off I have filled in the online email form twice and also no reply.I could t myself lucky as all I am quibbling about is my points unlike so many others with appliance problems and refunds. This company should be reported to the ombudsman they are selling under false representation by saying they give Boots points. One place says 12-14 days another said 20 days and another 30 days after purchase but it looks like they never apply them.
